Could be a merger with great value at the end. I don't know. Putting out news to spike the stock before acknowledging news that can crush a stock is too much like OTC play for me to not be suspicious. It appears someone knew enough to sell huge blocks into the good news before the other facts were released. That would suggest insider trading and at the very least should receive a look from the SEC. I can't tell you the number of LOIs I've seen in penny land just mysteriously fall apart after a big spike and mass selling. One big tell is a supposed 5mm float turning over 3 times. It just doesn't happen. I wish you luck and I will be watching the action next week. $NAKD
