Getting chilly , and my B's are in 3's as of late.

The power of sunflower seeds .

For a while now i have had to not allow one of them allowance , for

hand feeding !

i have been recently thinking again to get a Cat.

Not sure , it may be winter time home bound screen sitting , madness .

i do go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week , but that is about it these days.
