I just posted the information from their own financials and I made absolutely no conclusions from that information in that post, but I will not disagree with you, because VLDI has not really developed any cyber security product, since it has been all contracted out to third parties, especially the technological development, since Bruce fired everyone a long time ago and appointed himself chief cook and bottle washer!
We all know VLDI is basically a one man operation which contracts out almost every operating function from R&D, to sales, to support, to installations to etc. There are only about 2-3 real people including Bruce employed by VLDI and everything else is simply contracted out! No sales organization, no service and support organization, other than via channel partners.
