You quit the charade of no med importation.
This would cut majority of meds cost 50 to 90%

You cap lawsuit amounts.
Which then the results would be insurance for doctors WAY DOWN then it would stop all the what the doc told me is CYA [cover your ass] tests that up the bill because they wouldn't be doing as many of them.

Then you top hopitals from charging $5.00 for a tooth brush etc etc etc

Healthcare costs are real simple once common sense is applied and CRIMINALS are taken out!
