According to the Form 12b-25 (NT 10-K)...


the late report is to be "...filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date...", which would have been yesterday, January 13.

However, unless it was an oversight, ERHC was not certain that they could make the filing within the extended deadline because they did not check the box in Part II.
