The fact that NACSV is no longer a viable entity has NOTHING AT ALL to do with the securities fraud which is at issue in that case.
Moreover, one of the allegations in that case is that after GDSI acquired NACSV, Sullivan and GDSI destroyed that company through their mismanagement - thereby resulting in NACSV becoming an empty shell !!!!!!
With that in mind, please explain how the "Dekle case is incidental."
