I would have to think that if something happened to Bruce the company would have to go dark until a shareholders meeting could be arranged and a new BOD could be appointed and authorized to take over the banking and all company business. This could take some time. The stock would take a large hit in value. Bruce needs to address this as a real possibility and start running the company, as a company, and not his own alter ego.
