That is correct the fees for the 2015 year were not paid.
Who was CEO that year?
2016 also were not paid.
Who was CEO when that was due?
When they sent the notice of default who was it addressed to?
Those fees are due Jan 1 2015 who was the person who should have written the check on Dec 29 2014 or sooner?
