I'm betting there is value in that deal and the float here is still low, thus the premium...however...what they could have / should have done is a definitive agreement already approved with an upfront fee to fund operating expenses...so in light of the actual news, I'll bet insiders did profit!

The move still drew in shorts that still need to cover...this the support at current levels I'm betting.
