Dad, this is odd. My SIL got his cardiologist bonus a couple months ago. They signed contract to buy their McMansion in February. Maybe it's the strange wx we are having influencing docs to buy new houses. Maybe it's my daughter. Thank goodness my SIL holds the hand receipt for her aspirations now, and not me. Not to mention her sister who's getting the house bug. Her husband is small business CEO. I would need 500,000 shares of Ivanhoe just to keep my head above water with them. Hey, I'm easy. All I want out of this deal is a new MDX hybrid. And maybe in my wildest dreams to retire my mortgage. $20 per share and I'm golden. Eastern Caribbean after that. Looking forward to next few months.
