While further examining the patent applications filed by Abbvie and ANIP on October 21, 2016, I found the following:

According to the Public Pair Patent application # 09/651,777 (Patent# 6,503,894) in the Continuity Tab it listed patent application #10/153,468 under Child Continuity Data.

Under the Continuity Data Tab of # 10/153,468 it listed the patent application as a Continuation of and Division of Patent application # 09/651,777.

Patent application # 10/153,468 is titled "Method of increasing testosterone and related steroid concentrations in women"

This is the same patent application that the examiner was using to reject the Cardiovascular risk reduction claims in ANI's patent application. Assigning prior art to Dudley's invention.

Certainly looks like Abbvie's and ANI's new patent applications filed on October 21, 2016 are connected by more that both being related to testosterone.

Now we just have to wait for it to be formalized.

JMHO
