If you guys look over the filings from 1/11/17 it should be clear as day that Berke and Galanis basically scammed us shareholders. Looks like the settlement would go to IP Global a company that was operating as a shell and wasn't even in business at the time of the settlement. Berke, the scammer got $200,000 for screwing us over and IP Global claims they are owed a minimum of 8 million. Hopefully, we can turn this crazy claim away and get the court to unseal the documents so we can see what the settlement was. If the settlement was just us getting peanuts then our lawyers should sue based on the fact that Berke had no authority to issue the settlement on behalf of Fund and also the shareholders were never notified. This looks and feels like another Galanis fraud attempt.
