Jeff, according to Nasdaq after hours there were 3 trades ahead of it the first were was red dropping price. The 175,000 share transaction was neutral in relation to PPS. If they have that many shares, they should be smart enough to hold on to them.

I figure they drove the price down from about 1:30 pm to set up the large buy.
