It's strange to see that company is operating with its lips completely shut and who ever call gets a free dyno valve along with some cool aid. If they are working o closing a deal then why don't they do all filing to stay current or close to current rather than waiting until last minute similar to what happened in 2015 when SEC shuts them down trading?
This may be due to deal closing is no where close but keep on promising "we have every intention to get re-listed in 2016".
Where is that Cheryl lady who stopped responding and feeding cool aid anymore due to cool aid stock is running out now or only available to give by only one in the company.
