No doubt most new entrants fail but once they get over $10M in sales, their chances of success triple. $CELH is tricky in my opinion because based on trailing earnings, they are over-valued. But because of the growth rate, I think a decent argument can be made $CELH is under-valued. If the growth story goes unbroken in 2017, they'll be profitable, too.

The horizontal growth is strong enough that even if sales are declining on a per store basis, it won't matter IMO because if one doesn't have the divisor, one can't prove it mathematically, i.e., the general public won't know about it.

For me, this sector is hawt, hawt, hawt. I see $CELH as a potential 3-banger but, in the short-term, it's exceeding my expectations. Nice surprise.
