If you read into the press release, they said the transaction had to happen simultaneously. They didn't say the deal was off. Interesting Trap for the sorties. Imo they know the short interest has overloaded this position. As far as I read the deal is still on . If it wasn't the would flat out say it. Why would they add that sentence. Imo hmmmm holding here.
