What are they filing those orders with? It was supposed to be from the hemp their partner was growing but that was destroyed per court order. They had some inventory on the book but nowhere near enough to fill the order. They would have had to buy CBD oil from another vendor to fill the order but I would think most vendors by now would only accept orders either CIA or COD and would not accept shares as payment. And where would Notis come up with the cash on such short notice?

It helps thinking things thru all the way. Should be interesting to see if the order was fulfilled, delayed, or canceled.
