I was trying to get clarification on how the $$ would be distributed to shareholders and if shareholders would still benefit from the settlement hearing coming up (if a settlement is reached) considering the asset sale will be completed prior to the hearing.

I also inquired about whether a shareholder vote would be required since insiders no longer hold a controlling stake in the company.

I got a one line reply basically saying they couldn't talk about anything. Not surprising, I just wanted a few knowledge gaps filled.
