I believe this is still a BK case between PP et al(creditors) and IMSCQ/IMX shells.
The EC will present their motion on Jan 20 for suits against PP other investments and 'properties' for insider influence/trading/etc. PP apparently does not want to follow all the Judges orders for obvious reasons (to me).
I believe the Judge has the authority to settle this case. Whatever happens to the settled amount given to PP is up to other courts. IMO.
The sale has happened and past management has left like criminals in the middle of the night.
BobL and Trumelle want a shell to do something with, so they will now be speaking for the shell IMX. Maybe even working with the EC. I say GB and Bob L should rat out the real culprits of these schemes. IMO.
I also hope that the stink our deft management has caused L3 will be their demise there and that current SEC investigations bear fruit with respect to their 'management' of our company, IMSc, Deceit, collusion, hidden product successes, negotiations for personal gain, intentional fiduciary failures.
Now questionably also Collusion with L3 for personal gain and more intentional fiduciary failures?
