Forget about the constantly repeated excuse that it's somehow Barrick's fault, or the CNX's doing, or it's because of some sort of BCSC persecution, or because of government corruption. Take a look at those who ran the company and ask yourself what they did or didn't do, that caused several trading suspensions and ultimately caused delisting? Barrick didn't cause that. Why weren't any AGM's held prior to delisting so that important questions could be asked, and answered, and judged?
Everyone who bought into this story hoped they would make millions with MSX, but in the end there was only one that made millions with MSX. And curiously enough, it's the one that made those millions who constantly deflects scrutiny and points the finger at someone else. If the BCSC is looking at anything, you can bet that amongst other things, they'll be looking at this.
