Also noted for their surfing expertise instead keeping appointments. Too bad loosing everything and living out of your ride. Salt Lake City really isn't the best place to catch a wave. Maybe someone should let him know that lol.

Another one way up on the ANY food chain got snookered by yes you guessed it. They grabbed his entitled spoils in ANY shares that never materialized and were moved to another. Leaving him with ZIP...NADA lol.

And how about the failure to present ANY disclosures in a timely fashion per SEC and NASDAQ requirements. Wonder who has been responsible for this critical lack of attention to detail. Think about that one for a moment lol.

That leaves that wonderful investor publication and his crew that rang the closing bell on the NASDAQ. Amazing how much information was pumped to the investing public on a monthly basis that has been proven to be worthless lol.

Time is running very short to escape prosecution for ANYone interested in being a canary when investigative proceedings begin. ANYone that has pertinent information as to how these criminal acts have been orchestrated duping investors can seek "Whistleblower Status" in the states and be rewarded to the tune of 10% of all funds recovered via the investigation and prosecution of the guilty parties lol.
