Thanks for the info. This is very important as those who hold "pre-funded" warrants really have nothing to lose unless the stock price goes to zero. So even if they sell at 0.40 or 0.30 or even 0.20, they are still making MILLIONS of dollars. From the warrant holders point view, if they want to maximize their return, it would make sense to continue SLOWLY converting and selling their warrants for the next couple of years WITHOUT crashing the price of PTN. So as long as the buying doesn't dry up it appears that a narrow range of trading is most likely for PTN until the deal becomes official and money is actually transferred to PTN.

And don't forget if brem eventually gets approved by the FDA, then these warrant holders could really hit the jackpot!! (I'm sure that is what AMAG is hoping for as well.)
