The best business move is to continue to transfer all assets, basically privatize India, and remain dark, automatically delist after a few years of silence. No reason to BK without assets, no ability for anyone to try to recover, all foreshadowed by the City Attorney's comments. Bates can continue to sell the product on hand if he has any, but, truly no hope or reason to salvage the shell. Try contacting the company, maybe you will be the first that receives a response.
