=Why was L3 peddling our equipment as their own at an expo months ago? This person below was hired from L3. There was ALWAYS this cozy relationship between Imsc and L3. Seems to me L3 might have been in an insider in our business as well! This all worked out WAY to perfectly for our management and L3. Timing and all. It was an orchestrated scheme of investor fraud and deception with CEO bill McGann and L3?
See you on 60 minutes as well! We could widen this to sue L3! Talk about deep pockets! They stole the company in collusion with management. It was a crooked financier, crooked management interwoven with a extortion, bribery, collusion and L3.

I feel much the same as you.. Where you see smoke their is likely something smoldering underneath. This COZY relationship with L3 perhaps tainted our lovely CEO's judgment. After all he was jumping ship. McGann was LOOKING out for McGann. McGann's Victory Lap Speech was short. He said GOOD things to come.. Only NOT for IMSC investors. But very good for Bill 'McScam' and company insiders. If they colluded with L3 so they all had the golden parachutes strapped on at investors loss. Well that NEEDS to come out.
