Agree. It's rare - very rare - to have that kind of company arise out of the penny stock world, so skepticism is a reasonable default position, and to be fair there have been delays and actual confirmation of deals is still missing, but the foundation appears to be legitimate, which if so means we are sitting on top of a gold mine.
