Another thought on the stages of MU. If you look at XLE you will see that M85 now has a negative slope while XLF and XLI are still positive. Maybe the negative slope is mu4 and the indicator to exit. I will be researching this.
So at the open this morning I closed out my XLE postion and rebalanced 5 others for a total of 6 trades. I left 4 positions unchanged because the amount of shares needed to rebalance was just too small to mess with.
So this saved me 4 trades. I had the feeling that when I started trading RT (real time) this would happen. So for 9 long sectors, my plan still calls for 125% investment. Since I didn't trade 4 sectors, I ended up at only 123.3% long. Good enough.
