Yes to all of your questions, i have seen it go up $4 in one day during the summer. I am not taking less than $15 but long term it can go much higher..

Buyout is not if but when. Current price is not so bad entry as most of us here bought into 3's averaging .. good luck.

We are getting some accumulation today as you can see.
