$350,000+ is not an expensive house for a guy that's a failure with no income. That's funny! The median home value in Lake County is $183,400. I live one county over and had a business in Lake County and can tell you that $350k is a house people well off live in around there. Maybe in another state $350k+ is an average price for a home, but not here in central Florida.

That is a living real good house for the area..
