Mark Bayliss, founder of CableClix, is on the Technical Advisory Committee for the FCC. This is not a cushy meaningless appointment. These are the most knowledgeable people in the country who are advising the FCC on issues that affect a trillion dollar industry. These guys are the creme of the crop.

I am told that Mr. Bayliss is the longest sitting member. From my DD it is clear he has been on the committee for a number of years.

And just a few months ago the September 2016 report came out, which shows that Mr. Bayliss was a member of the following working groups:

Implications for Mass Deployment of Aeronautical/Space Transmitters

Next Generation (NG) Internet Services Characteristics & Features

Future Game Changing Technologies

And earlier in April of 2016 a report shows that he was a member of the Cyber Security Working Group for the FCC, along with others from well-known companies such as ATT, Samsung, Cisco, Comcast, Motorolla, etc:

While nothing is guaranteed - this level of involvement is very very impressive, and gives me confidence that this investment is worth waiting on
