No they wont present their findings...they'll present the team that will determine findings although they may make their position known as to their approach....and possibly some other market moving comments....who knows...proskauer is not a bk specialist like "we'll getcha mangled"....:)

And maybe .31 but that is just a "hope" and may only be a glimmer.
