I trust they will work in the best interest of the company first, which by default does protect shareholders as well. However, I don't believe their game plan will be highlighting on how to maximize our interests...it's their job to restructure the business so the business will flourish and succeed on a solid foundation. Shareholders reap the benefits of a successful via dividends etc. So, in short, yes I believe shareholders interests are being protected in the process...as for the debtors in possession, the courts protect them by stipulating a repayment plan...the team doesn't really have a say in that. I hope that makes sense.
