If there is value in the Auryn ownership, then the cost of prosecuting those who illegally reduced it by more than half will be minimal.
If there's no value in the Auryn ownership, then it's the only chance shareholders have to recover anything.
As long as MDMN isn't further diluting to pay for this work, which they don't seem to be, it's good for the shareholders.
