Oh I see what you're saying now. One has to remember that Sunedison's Management team is not the original team that committed all the fraud in the first place...but the current team is still it's own business, a restructuring business...a successful one at that based on it's track record...therefore, one also must assume that it is in the current management's team best interest for the restructuring to be successful...but that doesn't mean that catering to our (the share holders) needs will produce the most lucrative outcome.
