It would help if we knew how the talks with the mexican authorities are going forward.
Logically thinking, as the mexicans are in dire straits because of their low currency, they should be more than grateful to be working for a foreign mining company that brings jobs and wealth into the area. They should give the permits quite cheap as the generated jobs will help to bring wealth into the area which has been quite deserted lately IMO...
