to me sounds like there is trouble with infringement and renewing of licenses just like IDCC has with its business.

the acquisition should be able to be cost efficient and not a drain

sounds like the company may not be profitable and may not add to earnings to our bottom line and at best, be break even (before amortization of goodwill paid for the company.

NOW, if those are his words, it is one thing but if they are your interpretation of his comments, then who knows and we'll just have to see.
