Magnus said the market was hesitant due to the GE transaction.

It's like watching paint dry and the lack of news frustrating.

GE didn't just stick their toe in the water they're in waste deep and weren't quiet about it. They have the full attention of anyone who manufactures metal components, especially via machining, and a well established industry expecting a demonstration of the wonders of using metal AM.

GE orders will happen and it would be inconsistent if they were quiet about it. They put themselves in a position where the expectation is they will lead AM by example. One way or another their going to want to show an improvement in orders even if they're GE's.

A Feb. 8th announcement has good PR timing. Any increase in orders also reduces the disappointment of poor financials.
