Your comments do not make sense to me. The link you provided simply discusses the ongoing legal action in Chile dealing with Pascua ownership.

My position, similarly to that of MSX shareholders, MSX and Mr Lopehandia and his legal team and partnerships is that the claims in Mr Lopehandia's name are clean.

Barrick has a position that their Pascua claims are clean.

Only one set of claims exists to mine Pascua, who's are clean?

Meanwhile, the BCSC, OSC and TSX do nothing and allow Barrick to list claims to Pascua which Barrick does not own in Barricks and Silver Wheaton's Pascua Lama 43-101. Barrick continue non disclosure of the legal proceedings in Chile dealing with the precautionary measure placed on Barricks Pascua claims
