Mainly going off of information from before Dave stepped down. David has a vested interest in this company (holding over a hundred million shares) and stepped down so as to privately sue Smith Holdings. There is some serious litigation going on in the background as the parent company and its subs had their falling outs, but when the dust settles this stock will have it's day. We have not heard much in a year so I assume there will be something soon. How much has been accomplished behind the scenes no one really knows but they've had some time to work and so I expect to see some serious progress such as the audits and acquisitions.
