I clicked onto the File again and looked at detail #9 and under that information it says "Convertible Debt"

Not 1, but 2 Investors

Looks like for 1 year's time.

Kool[2.1 Million Bucks].

In one year they can convert that Debt[Loan] into shares and then sell them or Hold them.
