I think the only reason the RS was being considered, was to try and keep there NYSE listing. The billion shares were necessary for the warrants they are issuing to raise money (that will be restricted. See filings) I don't think a BK is in the cards, they can probably sell out if necessary, more likely a buy out is in the cards, Phizer likely candidate. Just a thought.
