Philip Verges is a con artist. His particular venue is OTC companies. This company with its "CBD infused water" (some OTC companies prefer coffee) is just a story. It's been pumped for the past three months. It's only in the past couple weeks that these promotions have generated enough buying interest to push up the pps. One must be mindful these are paid promotions, not actual news stories reported by neutral parties. Sometimes they are configured to appear as unbiased journalism. But they're paid for by insiders looking to sell lots of shares to people with online discount brokerage accounts.

I figure more dilution is up ahead until the outstanding share count reaches at least one billion.
