hahahahahhahaa omg!!! The Reg A filing is just that a FILING...they didn't give Eric Lehner or WNBD 1 friggin' dime!!!

So the suggestion that Eric/WNBD is buying back stock is such a joke it's not even worth laughing over!!!

In fact this Reg A filing is no different than the Reg D filing from 2 years ago!

They're simply funding instruments that funders can choose to participate in or not!

And just like Eric's last Reg D financing filing for $10M when he couldn't raise enough money to even keep his OTC Markets yearly subscription current...I strongly suspect he again won't be able to raise 1 cent from this Reg A filing without 1st filing yet another reverse split...while trying to somehow convince the poor USBI guy that came to this board recently that he's supposedly going to finance USBI by diluting WNBD stock lmao!

It's gonna be hilarious watching it all play out:)
