Yep. PFSD, CEO should step down. He has led PFSD into the abyss. 98% loss of shareholder value and 500% dilution. Company is bleeding cash and will go out of business. They are maxed out of shares. They can reverse split or more likely raise the A/S. They are flat broke and always have been!
