Where is the communication and transparency of CEO Michie to shareholders?

Unless, of course, some are more "in the loop" than others with regards to Michie's impending plans in the very near future regarding Pacific Sands or hopefully not turning it into some "shell company" or other spin-off story.

Taken on facts alone and dereliction of CEO duties, Michie would have been fired along time ago for failure to perform or board of directors holding him accountable to shareholders "that deliver ethical and financial returns to our shareholders" as stated in the company website.
