Morningstar still gives PVCT a 3 star rating. The last OTC Stock I was in that had a 3 star rating, which I will say here, was OWCP, I rode it from .02 to .20 sold it and today it hit .40. I will buy all of the .01 to .10 OTC stocks that Morningstar has given 3 star ratings that I can find. Do your PVCT DD, read ALL of the filing, not just the ones listed on top this board, go to the government site and review their trials and check out their website. It is unheard of to get a stock with this potential for around .02. I have checked out many other pharma companies that are trading in the $3.00 to $20.00 range that are no better, or even as good as PVCT. Yes, their CEO was fired, but the company will move forward. PVCT is a prime candidate for a buy-out and no one is going to get their patents for .02 a share, maybe $2.00, but not .02. IMO!
