Here is an informative comment from a post by a former MSX shareholder on Dec. 12, 2014. It describes her experience at an AGM:

BTW - I also asked MSX's lawyer at that meeting if the spanish documents presented by Mr. Lopehandia that night consituted 'ownership' of the mining area - he smiled and said "No"... which was directly opposite of what Mr. Lopehandia was professing...


I have no reason to disbelieve what this former shareholder said, and I find it hard to believe that MSX's lawyer could've been mistaken about those documents. I'm sure that my conclusion is the same as that former shareholder's.
