It is a valid company in India and Indian companies are regulated more severely than local companies here.

I work for an IT services company and has provided software services to this company and thus know it is a real and genuine compnay.

However like others on this board I am also clueless why this stock is not trading at all and also with such financials why this company is not upgrading to OTCQB or even NYSE
