Update on FTC case...

I have a PACER account, and have been following the court filings

The documents from the latest hearing right before Christmas indicate that there is a 30-day period where each side can prepare motions for what is called "Summary Judgment"

This time frame runs out at the end of next week

If the judge were to dismiss the case out of hand in IVDN's favor, that would likely happen as a result of those motions

Keeping in mind that the FTC will also file a motion for summary judgment in their favor, but that is highly unlikely, if not downright impossible.

If I read any more public filings I will let y'all know
