It baffles as to why MTIA would withdraw their financing offer because of a shareholder lawsuit that was withdrawn quickly. They have millions invested here and with bankruptcy, they would not be guaranteed to recoup their investment. We all know the technology is quite valuable, if only they can get it to CFDA approval, which seemed likely a few months ago. I'm sure now MTIA could get an even better deal than they agreed to prior to the TRO and lawsuit. Even if it's about mistrust, I'm sure they could guarantee seats on the board and any changes they want. It's because of this that I'm hopeful someone will step up.
