So at this point, Sessions and the DEA have basically said they don't have the resources to fight it.

That's probably the best endorsement we're going to get. Too many of these dipshits running around, no one wants to be the first guy to say, "yeah, let's just ease or remove the federal prohibition already."

But, until then, the people who could take a hard stance have responded with a soft one
